Vista Visuals (“Vista Visuals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have — including specific disclosures about our use of Google Sign-In on our client dashboard.

This policy applies to visitors and clients of vistavisuals.in and our client dashboard.

1. Who We Are

a) Information you provide directly

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and project details you choose to share when inquiring about our services.
• Payment-related information: transaction details necessary to process bank transfers, UPI payments, or crypto payments (we do not store full bank account numbers or crypto wallet private keys on our own servers; these are handled through the respective banking/payment channels).

b) Information collected via Google Sign-In (Client Dashboard)

Our client dashboard allows you to log in using Sign in with Google. When you use this feature, we request access to the following Google account information only:

• Your email address
• Your basic profile information (name)

We do not request or access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data. The scopes requested are limited strictly to identifying you (email + basic profile) so we can match your Google account to your client dashboard.

Why we request this data: Solely to authenticate you securely and give you access to your personal client dashboard, where you can view:

• Your invoices
• Your order/project history
• Available payment methods for your account

We do not use your Google account data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third party beyond what is necessary to operate the login itself (i.e., Google’s own authentication infrastructure).

How we use and store this data: Your name and email obtained via Google Sign-In are stored securely in our dashboard system and are used only to display your account information back to you and to identify which invoices/orders belong to your account.

Revoking access: You can revoke Vista Visuals’ access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing Vista Visuals. You can also request that we delete your dashboard account and associated data by emailing care@vistavisuals.in.

Data retention: We retain Google Sign-In data (name, email) for as long as your client account is active, or as required to maintain records of your project/invoice history, whichever is longer, unless you request earlier deletion.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

c) Automatically collected information (Analytics & Tools)

We use the following third-party tools on our website, which may collect certain technical data automatically:

• Google Analytics — collects anonymized/aggregated data about site visits, such as pages viewed, time on site, device/browser type, and general location (city/country level), to help us understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies for this purpose. You can learn more about how Google handles this data in Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Open Widget — our customer service chat widget, used to let visitors message us directly from the website. This may set cookies to maintain your chat session.
• Cal.com — embedded on our site to allow visitors to book appointments/calls with us directly. When you book a call, Cal.com collects the information you provide in the booking form (e.g., name, email, selected time slot) to schedule and confirm the appointment.

We do not use Meta Pixel or any advertising-retargeting cookies on our website at this time.

• Provide access to and populate your client dashboard

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We only share data with:

• Service providers strictly necessary to operate our business, such as our payment processing banks (Union Bank of India, JP Morgan), Google (for authentication and analytics), Cal.com (for appointment booking), and Open Widget (for customer support chat) — each of which processes data under their own respective privacy policies.
• Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or governmental request.

We do not use third-party CRM or marketing automation tools (such as Brevo or AiSensy) to store or process client data. All client project and contact data is handled directly by Vista Visuals.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of your project engagement and the 3-year hosting/domain term, plus any additional period required for accounting, tax, or legal record-keeping purposes under Indian law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal retention obligations)
• Revoke Google Sign-In access at any time via your Google Account settings
