At Vista Visuals, we’re proud to be one of the first Indian web development companies to back our work with a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly how it works, so there’s no confusion for you or us.

1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• The 14-day refund window begins on the date your project is completed and delivered — not the date you made payment.
• This means that even if there are delays on your side in completing payment, your 14-day guarantee period is still counted from project completion, not from when the balance payment clears. We recommend completing payment promptly so you get the full benefit of your evaluation window.
• During these 14 days, if you are not satisfied with the delivered website, you may request a full refund of the amount paid, subject to the conditions below.
• After the 14-day window closes, no further refunds will be issued. However, Vista Visuals continues to provide support and issue resolution for any bugs, errors, or problems with your website throughout your active 3-year hosting/domain/maintenance contract.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

1. Email care@vistavisuals.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 82604 09721 within 14 days of project delivery.
2. Clearly state your project/order details and the reason for your refund request.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or crypto wallet as applicable) within 7–10 business days.

3. Conditions & Exclusions

• The refund guarantee applies to the website design and development project cost. It does not apply to any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., premium plugin licenses, premium theme licenses, or stock assets purchased specifically for your project), which are non-refundable once purchased.
• If you request a refund after having used the website live (e.g., taking orders, publishing content, using it for business operations) beyond reasonable evaluation/testing, Vista Visuals reserves the right to assess the refund request on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests made after the 14-day window, regardless of reason.
• Domain registration costs, once purchased and registered under your name, are generally non-refundable per domain registrar policy, even within the 14-day window — this is a standard limitation of domain name registration industry-wide, not a Vista Visuals restriction.
• Repeated or bad-faith refund requests (e.g., approving a project, using it live, then requesting a refund near the end of the window) may be declined at Vista Visuals’ discretion.

4. After the 14-Day Window: Support, Not Refunds

Once the 14-day guarantee period ends, refunds are no longer available. Instead:

• Any bugs, errors, or issues with your website will be fixed by our team at no extra charge, for the full duration of your 3-year hosting and maintenance contract.
• This support does not cover new feature requests, redesigns, or scope changes beyond the original project — those would be quoted separately.

5. Hosting & Domain Renewal (Non-Refundable After Term)

• The 3 years of free cloud hosting and domain included with your project are part of the original project cost and are non-refundable individually.
• If you choose not to renew after the 3-year term and wish to move your website elsewhere, a one-time migration and file-handling charge of USD $99 (or INR equivalent) applies to transfer your files and assist with migration. This fee is separate from the refund guarantee and applies regardless of when in the 3-year term you decide to leave.

6. Advance Payments

• Projects require a minimum 25% advance to begin work. If you cancel a project before delivery/completion (i.e., before the 14-day window even starts), please contact us directly — cancellation terms for incomplete/in-progress projects will be handled case-by-case based on work already completed, and are not automatically covered by the 14-day guarantee (which applies specifically to completed, delivered projects).
